We are happy to accept returns and refund or exchange your purchase within 15 days of you receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us directly for more information. Our Heirloom velvet ring boxes come in a variety of colours, sizes and shapes. These items are handmade, and should be carefully looked after to ensure they remain as beautiful as they do when you receive them. We recommend storing your ring box in our Nova Boxes packaging when you're not using them, be sure to keep them out of direct sunlight or extreme heat and simply wipe down using a dry microfibre cloth to remove any lint.
